Plaintiffs: Maria Amelie Cook and another.

Defendants: John Loten otherwise John Louten and Edward Rowland Pickering.

Further defendant added by order of 15 December 1806: Charlotte Ward. Edward Rowland Pickering removed as a defendant.

Further defendant added by order of 10 June 1807: Thomas Carr.
