Plaintiffs: Paul Cobb Methuen.
Defendants: Robert Popkin (abroad), Ebenezer Dix (abroad), Lewis Bailey Wallis, Joseph Maughan and wife, James Blake and wife, Thomas Wilkinson and wife, Thomas Maddison and Stephen Creed.
Amended by order 14 June 1806: James Blake removed as a defendant, his wife named as Mary Blake remains as a defendant.
Original Bill Easter 1780, Supplementary Bill Hilary 1783, Revived Hilary 1805.
