Leave of absence given to W. E. Killikelly, the Police Magistrate of St. George's; Harley wants services of an Englishman for the post and also wants a 'gentleman of character and ability' and is therefore prepared to offer a salary of £400 a year; Amalgamation of Offices of Attorney General and Police Magistrate.
