Description

Request for a competent Hydraulic Engineer for Grenada; Major Palmer R.E. was employed by Dundas, but Colonial Office soon afterwards sent a message to say they had selected an Engineer, Mr. Osbert Chadwick; Chadwick employed as Hydraulic Engineer.

Lieutenant Governor Robert William Harley, forwarded by George Dundas, Windward Islands, Grenada No. 49, Folios 107 - 117.
