Dr. Coffey's arrival in Grenada to fill post of medical officer; when arrived post had been filled and Coffey wishes to go to Trinidad or Demerara; in Colonial Office draft notes it is stated that Mr. Dundas reported that Dr. Coffey had been drunk since his arrival in Grenada; Colonial Office decision to make his appointment in British Guiana a provisional one.
