Cumberland to Chesterfield: he has sent the king's response to Saxe, and encloses a letter to him from Ligonier [SP 87/23/114]. The business of the exchange of prisoners is almost settled, and he encloses a copy [SP 87/23/115] of a paper to be signed at Liège that night. Admiral Medley's prisoners. Major General Huske is leaving for England by way of Bergen op Zoom. Joint resolution to employ 30,000 Russian troops. Dated at headquarters at Richelle. ff. 241-244
