Forwards a certified copy of Act No. 24 1878, 'An Act to amend the Marine Court of Enquiry Act' (act not included in volume); encloses a report from the Attorney General. In response to despatch No. 31, 27 June 1878 which transmitted a copy of a letter from the Board of Trade that suggested an alteration to Act No. 18 1864 due to an enquiry held into the stranding of the Malta.
