Description

Transmits memorandum from the Colonial Surveyor, Philip Ness, enclosing plans showing the proposed addition to the height of the lighthouse at St. David's. In response to despatch no. 39, 17 September 1877 that forwarded a letter from the Board of Trade enclosing correspondence from the Elder Brethren of the Corporation of Trinity House.
