Report by Quarantine Board in respect of Kingston physician Dr Bowerbank's allegations that small pox had been re-introduced into city by a Cuban ship that came into port. The report finds the allegations to be inaccurate. Includes the Local Board of Health's report on the general sanitary condition of Kingston. With reference to despatch No. 44, 10th March 1874.
