Description

Minutes of meeting No 111 held 22 March 1921:

1. Application of customs sanctions on the Rhineland.

2. Ownership of an airship hangar and the hydrogen installation at Schneidemühl.

3. Designation of factories to be maintained in Germany for the manufacture of war material.

4. Use by the German Army of protective material against gas.

5. Request by Brazil to be allowed to export trinitrotoluene from Germany.

6. Request by Latvia to be allowed to buy highways material in Germany.

7. Austrian war material become the property of the United States Government.

8. Destination to be given for the material bought by Poland from Austria before November 1919.

9. Procedure to be followed in the matter of the destruction of Austrian war material.

10. Establishment of a reserve of arms and munitions in Bulgaria.

11. Allocation of a credit of 15,000 francs for the information services of the Interallied Military Commission of Control in Bulgaria.

12. The quantity of guns and machine guns which Bulgaria is allowed to keep, and the proportion of officers in the different special corps.

13. Transfer of the Comitats of Western Hungary.

14. The budget of Mr Hines.
