1. Danzig. Withdrawal of Allied troops and division of material and property.

3. Reopening of diplomatic relations between Romania and Hungary.

4. Ratification of the Treaty of the Trianon.

5. Ex-German aeronautical material at Antwerp.

7. Plebiscite in Upper Silesia. Vote of emigrants.
