Minutes of meeting No.73 held 16 September 1920:

1. Upper Silesian question.

2. Question of the twelve torpedo boat destroyers at Cattaro.

3. Ex-Austro-Hungarian monitors and patrol boats to be surrendered.

4. Aeronautical Commission of Control in Austria (appointment of interpreters).

  • Appendix A, Note No.716/2 from the Allied Military Committee of Versailles, dated 11 September 1920.

5a. Right of ownership of German war material in districts detached from Germany as a result of a plebiscite.

  • Appendix B, Note No.1508/1 from the Allied Military Committee of Versailles, dated 11 September 1920.

5b. Request made by several delegations for representation upon the Commission of Control established in ex-enemy states.

6. Naval questions.
