1. Exportation from Germany of war material not for fighting purposes.

  • 1(a) Appendix A, letter from the Reparations Commission dated 23 August 1920.
  • 1(b) Appendix B, letter from Marshal Foch dated 16 September 1920.

2. Cluj Affair.

3. Allowances to staff of Upper Silesian Commission.

4. Monarchism in Hungary.

  • 4(a) Appendix C, British memorandum dated 6 November 1920.

5. Lack of discipline in the Austrian Army.

6. Spa Protocol of 12 July 1920.

  • 6(a) Appendix D, memorandum from the British Embassy dated 19 October 1920.
  • 6(b) Appendix E, letter from Mr Rolin Jacquemyns dated 19 October 1920.

7. Military Questions in Germany.

  • 7(a) Appendix F, report of the Allied Military Committee of Versailles dated 30 October 1920, regarding:
  • (1) Armament of fortified works which Germany has authority to keep.
