Minutes of meeting No 16 held 4 March 1920:

1. Observations of the Italian Ambassador regarding the powers of the Allied Military Committee of Versailles.

2. Allocation of Austro-Hungarian warships and submarines.

3. The supply by Germany of the coal necessary for the surrender of the German fleet.

  • 3(a) Appendix A, telegram from the President of the Interallied Naval Commission of Control in Germany dated 2 March 1920.

4. The presence of an American officer at the destruction of the fortifications of the Heligoland.

5. Proposals of the Allied Military Committee of Versailles contained in Marshal Foch's letter of 25 February 1920.
