OFFICIAL VISITS: 'Mr Chi Peng Fei was returning Sir Alec's visit to Peking in October 1972, the latest in a series of ministerial exchanges intended to strengthen Government to Government contacts and cordial relations between the two countries. Mr Chi Peng Fei, Chinese Foreign Minister, is welcomed by Sir Thomas Monnington, the Director of the Royal Academy of Arts during his visits to Burlington House.'
