Certificate/memorial of John Heath on prisoners capitally convicted on the 'last' Midland Circuit, reprieved and recommended for mercy on the conditions set against their names:

1. Thomas Taylor, for stealing above the value of 40/- in a dwelling house, recommended to 7 years transportation.

2. Richard Brown, for stealing a brown mare, recommended to 7 years transportation.

3. John Langley junior, for sheep stealing, recommended to 7 years transportation.
