Certificate/memorial of John Heath, on prisoners capitally convicted at the Special Devon Assizes held at the Castle of Exeter on Monday 24 May 'last past', for feloniously being at large before the expiration of their terms of transportation sentences and reprieved on 'favourable circumstances' in their cases and recommended for mercy on the conditions set against their names:
1. Thomas Barrett, transportation for life;
2. Oaten Batley, William Smith, alias Hayward, Michael Lyon, Thomas Martin, John O'Craft, James Branegan, William Casey, William Robinson, Ann Taunton, Ruth Mercer, John Hall and Robert Bruce, 7 years transportation.
