Warrant dated 10 August 1785 respited the following capital prisoners attainted in June 1785
52. John Burn, attainted for a highway robbery on William Jones and stealing £4, property of Elizabeth Stutfield. Recommendation: free pardon.
53. James Cotta, attainted for stealing goods and monies, value £18:19:6, property of William Elleton, in the dwelling house of William Burchall. Recommendation: free pardon (by Francis Buller, who initially tried the prisoner).
54. William Cruise, attainted for stealing goods and monies from John Shirley in his dwelling house. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.
55 and 56. John Cox and William Staples, attainted together for a highway robbery in a field, and stealing goods and money, value 5/-, property of Elizabeth Gower. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.
57. George Olive, attainted for setting fire to, burning and consuming a certain house, property of Joseph Parsloe. Respited by warrant dated 23 August 1785 issued by Lord Sydney. Recommendation: to either transportation for life to Africa or a free pardon.
