[Continued from HO 47/3/45].

Warrant dated 25 May 1785: respited the following capital prisoners attainted in April 1785

32. Richard Clark, attainted for burglary and stealing goods, value 31/-, form the dwelling house of William Dermer[?]. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

33 and 34. Sarah Whitehead and Margaret Gardner, attainted together for privately stealing goods and 20/-, from the shop of John Field. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

35. Stephen Langdon, attainted for stealing 101/2 guineas, from the dwelling house of Edward Lowclift. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

Warrant dated 29 June 1785: repited the following capital prisoners

36. John Henry Palmer, attainted in April, for forging and uttering a deed with intent to defraud, purporting to be an indenture of apprenticeship and a receipt for £20, and indorsed on the back. Recommendation: transportation for life.

37. Mary Jones, attainted in April (with John Henry Palmer) for uttering and publishing the said deed and receipt (see above). Recommendation: to transport herself for life. [No. 37 entry is crossed off in the Judges Report].

38. Samuel Yeldham, attainted in May for a highway robbery on Edward Gray. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

39. Joseph Sturmey, attainted in May for stealing goods and monies, value £8:19:0, from the dwelling house of Edward Stillard. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

40 and 41. George Partridge and Mary Greenwood, attainted together in May for a highway robbery and stealing 12/-[?], property of Edward Miles. Recommendation: 7 years transportation to Africa.

42. Berwick Mayton, attainted in May for stealing goods privately in the shop of James Gileatt/Gleatt. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

Warrant dated 10 August 1785: respited the following capital prisoners attainted in June 1785

43, 44 and 45. Thomas Groves, Benjamin Moore and John Williams, attainted together for stealing £7:6:0, property of Frances Cotton in her dwelling house. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

46. Patrick Burke, attainted for taking a false oath in order to obtain probate of a false writing purporting to be the will of Richard Smith, a seaman, in order to receive his wages. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

47. George Morris alias Roberts, attainted for a burglary and stealing goods, value 10/-, from the house of John Hancock. Recommendation: transportation for life.

48. Samuel Champness, attainted for a highway robbery and taking goods and money, value £6:10:0, property of Thomas. Recommendation: 7 years transportation to Africa.

49. Francis Primrose, attainted for a burglary and stealing goods, property of John Beaumont. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

50. James McIntosh, convicted for stealing goods and money, value £47:12:0, property of Margaret McFarlan, in the dwelling house of Robert Munday. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

51. David Inglish, attainted for stealing goods privately to the value of £3, in the shop of John Baker. Recommendation: already pardoned. [No. 51 entry is crossed off in the Judges Report].
