[Continued from HO 47/3/44].

Warrant dated 28 January 1785: respited the following capital prisoners attainted in December 1784

16. William Giles, attainted for robbing William Bailey on the highway. Recommendation 7 years transportation.

17. Richard Smith, convicted for stealing a mare, property of John Jauncey/Jaumcey. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

18. Kenith McKenzie, tried and attainted by Lord Sydney at a Special Commission held during the same session[?] for the wilful murder of Kenith Murray McKenzie, at Moreé on the coast of Africa. Respited: 3 February 1785. Recommendation: 'already pardoned'. [No. 18 entry is crossed off in the Judges Report].

Warrant dated 25 February 1785: respited the following capital prisoners attainted in January 1785

19. Joseph Fitzpatrick, attainted for a burglary and stealing goods in the house of David Richardson. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

20. Joseph Jests, attainted for a burglary in the house of Peter Bond and stealing a pieced of velvet. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

Warrant dated 22 April 1785: respited the following capital prisoners attainted in February 1785

21. Joseph Meads, attainted for stealing a sheep. Recommendation: to give surety for good behaviour for 2 years.

22. Rose Fitzpatrick, attainted for stealing apparel, value £5, from the house of George Wright. Recommendation: 12 months hard labour in the house of correction.

23. Henry Murphy, attainted for a burglary in the house of Genteel Chapple and stealing goods. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

24. Thomas Ives, attainted for stealing a gelding. Recommendation: 7 years transportation to Africa.

25. Ann Mott, attainted for privately stealing a remnant of linen in the shop of Joseph Capps. Recommendation: free pardon.

26. John Oliver, attainted for a highway robbery and stealing 12d and some mutton pieces, property of Brian Cecil. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

27. Henry Jackson, attainted for a burglary and stealing apparel, from the house of Thomas Beasley. Recommendation: 7 years transportation to Africa.

Warrant dated 25 May 1785: respited the following capital prisoners attainted in April 1785

28. Thomas Brown, attainted for feloniously being at large before the expiration of his transportation sentence. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

29. Patrick Eagan alias McGrath, attainted for taking a false oath that he might obtain probate of a will of one 'Christopher'. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

30. George Pidgeon, attainted for stealing a mare, property of John Carter. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.

31. James Jones, attainted for a burglary and stealing goods, value 35/- in the dwelling house of 'the Honourable William Harcourt'. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.
