16. William Giles, attainted for robbing William Bailey on the highway. Recommendation 7 years transportation.
17. Richard Smith, convicted for stealing a mare, property of John Jauncey/Jaumcey. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.
18. Kenith McKenzie, tried and attainted by Lord Sydney at a Special Commission held during the same session[?] for the wilful murder of Kenith Murray McKenzie, at Moreé on the coast of Africa. Respited: 3 February 1785. Recommendation: 'already pardoned'. [No. 18 entry is crossed off in the Judges Report].
