Warrant dated 7 April 1784: respited the following capital convicts
1. Daniel Gunter, attainted in February 1784, for robbing David Campfield on the highway. Recommended: 7 years transportation to any such place appointed by the King's Council.
2. Charles Creswell, attainted in April 1784, for impersonating a marine, with intent to receive his wages. Recommendation: 7 years transportation to any such place appointed by the King's Council.
3. Drummond Clark, attainted in April in 1784, for privately stealing £7 from the person of Mary Holingsworth. Recommendation: 6 months hard labour in the house of correction.
4. Elizabeth Vicary, attainted in April 1784, for stealing goods in the dwelling house of Thomas Racey. Recommendation: to give surety for her good behaviour for 2 years.
5. Isaac Simms, attainted in May 1784, for impersonating as a sail maker on board a ship with intent to receive his wages. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.
6. John Hunter, journeyman, attainted in May 1784, for stealing 20 guineas in the dwelling house of John Harris, his master. Recommendation: transportation for life.
7. Mary Garrett, attainted in May 1784, for privately stealing 20 guineas from the person of Eliza East. Recommendation: 6 months hard labour in the house of correction.
8. James Stoddart, attainted in July 1784, for burglary in the house of John Jermain[?] and stealing goods. Recommendation: 7 years transportation to any such place appointed.
9. John White, attainted in July 1784, for feloniously returning from transportation. Recommendation: transportation for life.
Warrant dated 12 November 1784: respited the following capital prisoners convicted in September 1784.
10. William Smith, attainted for robbing William Tucker on the highway of 3 gross of thimbles. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.
11. William Smith, attainted for stealing a mare, property of James Wise. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.
12. Edward Robinson, attainted for privately stealing 2 guineas, property of William Lawrence. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.
13. Thomas Whatton, attainted for stealing a gelding, property of John Tarlin. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.
14. Thomas King, attainted in October 1784, for escaping and being at large before the expiration of his term of transportation sentence. Respited: 24 December 1784. Recommendation: transportation for life.

15. George Robinson, attainted for stealing goods in the dwelling house of Latitia Clark. Recommendation: 7 years transportation.
