Turkey: Adrianople (now Edirne). 6 sheets of sketches of bridges over the Meriç (otherwise Maritsa orÉvros) and Tundzha (otherwise Tunca ) Rivers. Reference notes on bridges, tides, currents, banks. Lithographed at the Intelligence Branch, Quartermaster General's Department, 1877. Sheet sizes between 22 cm x 36.5 cm and 25.5 cm x 39.5 cm. Produced for a print of a report by Lieutenant [H] Chermside, [Royal Engineers], on Adrianople.
