Gibraltar. (4) Plan 'No. 3' and (5) Sketch 'No. 2' of a proposed harbour and breakwater on the east side of Europa Point. The whole rock and the town are also shown. Drawn by Captain Sir James Stirling. Originally illustrating 'Reports on Proposition of Captain Sir James Stirling RN.,"New Port at Gibraltar"'. Scales: (4) 1:4075; (5) 1:12112. Compass indicator on (5). Dimensions of sheets: (4) 57 cm x 45 cm; (5) 57 cm x 51 cm. A small sketch of the proposed breakwater remains in ADM 1/5533.
