Ministry of Transport map no CDO MKD 362. Schematic map of principal roads radiating from central London: trunk roads and motorways, existing and planned. Scale: 5 inches to 5 miles. Compass indicator. Coloured MS additions show distances covered in one hour from Hyde Park Corner, during post-meridian peak and off-peak hours. Originally enclosed in letter of 15 August 1962 from R H Bird, Ministry of Transport, to D C Ramage, Ministry of Aviation.
