Ministry of Aviation drawing no 3044, dated 24 October 1960: 'Schematic Diagram of London (Heathrow) and London (Gatwick) Existing Routes' (title added in typescript). Outline map of area south of the north Norfolk coast and east of Chepstow, showing airfields; control zones, air control grid. Latitude and longitude shown. Coloured MS additions show Heathrow and Gatwick inbound and outbound routes. Typescript note concerning permissible tracks. Typescript reference table to routes. Originally produced to illustrate 'Air Traffic Control Considerations', Annex II to Air Ministry paper on the future role of Gatwick Airport, 31 May 1961.
