Reproduction of Ordnance Survey six-inch map of Lancashire sheet LXXX SW. Red ink additions show route of proposed power line in the Heywood area. This is map no 985 dated 15 December 1953 and originally attached to Form B returned by the Clerk of the Lancashire County Council on 21 May 1954 in response to the British Electricity Authority's planning application dated 30 December 1953.
