Two reproductions of Ordnance Survey six-inch maps of Lancashire: (21) sheet LXXXVI NE; (22) sheet XCIV SE and part of [XCV SW]. Red ink additions show route of proposed power line in the Turton and Tyldesley areas. Stamped in the Lancashire County Planning Department, 31 December 1953. These are maps nos 759 and 463 dated 15 December 1953 and originally attached to Form B returned by the Clerk of the Lancashire County Council on 6 October 1954 in response to the British Electricity Authority's planning application dated 30 December 1953.
