Printed by Stanford's Geographical Establishment. Overprinting, coloured, showing irrigable land, water sources and drains; reference table to overprinting; overprinted by the Intelligence Division, War Office, January 1897. Originally accompanying a print of a report by J H Medlicott, Executive Engineer, Madras Public Works department; this report was enclosed in [despatch] number 117 from Sir Walter Medlicott, [British] High Commissioner, Cyprus, 8 June 1896.
