Gibraltar. 2 outline charts, showing terrain, key installation, coastal waters, an anchorage for merchant vessels, the border with Spain, and the Spanish town of La Linea. Compass indicators. Engraved 1895. Different MS additions, coloured, to each item, showing harbour developments. Originally accompanying a print of a report on a proposed commercial harbour and coaling station, by [Major] H Pilkington, [Royal Engineers], [Admiralty] Director of Works, 30 November 1894; this report was enclosure number 1 in [despatch] number 59, from Evan MacGregor, Admiralty, to the Colonial Office, 24 December 1894.
