Originally illustrating minutes relating to the relationship between the Pondos and the Cape Colony, by J Gordon Sprigg, Prime Minister and Treasurer, Cape Town, 14 May 1888; forwarded [to the Colonial Office] with a letter from Governor Hercules Robinson, 16 May 1888.
