Reference table. Explanatory note. Marked '338' in upper right corner; 'Map No 30' (pencil); 'Appended Map No 7', with '7' amended in MS to '30'. To illustrate chapter 9 ('Japanese Air Force Operations in Burma September 1943 - end of rains 1944').
