'The World'. Outline administrative map, showing some major rivers, international boundaries, some state or provincial borders, principal towns. Published by Geographical Section, General Staff, 1948. Blue and red overprints indicate areas of defence planning in peacetime, peacetime limits of naval stations and area of defence planning suggested by Australia. Marked: 'Top Secret' and 'Annex I'. Annex I to report by the Chiefs of Staff, entitled 'Australian Defence Co-operation' (Cabinet Defence Committee paper DO (48) 79, of 18 November 1948).
