Printed by Petroleum Division, Ministry of Fuel and Power, 31 Mar 1944, reprinted Aug 1948 ('DS 71692/1/100 8/48 GL'). The words 'as at 31st March 1944' are struck through in MS. Marked: 'Top Secret'. To illustrate memorandum of the Minister of Fuel and Power, entitled 'State of Readiness of the United Kingdom Pipe-Line System (Cabinet Defence Committee paper DO (48) 50, of 6 August 1948).
