Aden Protectorate (now part of Yemen). 2 sheets: (7) 'Sheet 2': overlay to item 8, on which details from aerial photographs have been plotted; MS, coloured, on tracing cloth. (8) SDO 1806: map, cut from a larger sheet, covering the area between Ash Shaykh 'Uthman and Lahij, showing roads, railways, waterways, the terrain, and place names. Produced by the Simla Drawing Office, June 1917. MS additions, coloured, showing the Aden Settlement boundary, 5 November 1888; 'good', 'fair', 'poor' and 'non-existent' wells; and tracks fit for cars, 1929; MS reference notes.
