Surrey. 2 similar plans showing roads, farms and Waddon Water Works. Compass indicators. Based on the Ordnance Survey 1:2500 County Series sheets Surrey XIV.13 and Surrey XX.1. MS additions, coloured, to both items, apparently showing areas of land to be purchased from the Ecclesiastical Commissioners by the Air Ministry for an extension to Croydon Aerodrome. Dimensions: (12) 68 cm x 56 cm; (13) 72.5 cm x 90.5 cm. (12) Originally relating to a conveyance between the Ecclesiastical Commissioners and the Air Ministry, 31 January 1924, and (13) originally filed with a note of 14 March 1924, both in file EASTERN8/935.
