China: Fukien Province. Map of the Min River from Pagoda to the river mouth, showing forts, mountains and islands. Reference table, in the despatch by Spencer de Horsey, naming forts and giving details of their armament. Signed by de Horsey. Originally accompanying the despatch from de Horsey, Lieut HMS Plover at Tamsui, which encloses a questionnaire and answers obtained by the vice consul at Pagoda, H B Joly, concerning the defences of the river.
