New South Wales. Plan of Garden Island, Port Jackson, showing relief and buildings, with a line A-B marking off an area to the north reserved for harbour defences. Scale: 1 inch to 133.7 feet. Cardinal points. Signed by A Park [unidentified]. Originally enclosed with a report dated 10 November 1857 from George Barnes, Lieut Col and subsequently enclosure no 3 in Australian Letter no 103 dated 16 July 1866 from William S Wiseman, Bt, CB, Commodore. MS note reads 'To accompany [HMS] Herald's Survey of the Port 1857'.
