Description

Valletta. Part of an Admiralty chart [possibly 195] with coloured, MS additions showing positions apparently suitable for laying down moorings for Torpedo Boat Destroyers. Published at the Admiralty 16 August 1861. Major corrections to 1881. Originally enclosed in a letter dated 27 February 1897 from Cmdr Stanley Dean-Pitts.
