Description

[To Secretary St John] from Henry Watkins: the emperor has arrived at Aschaffenburg and he has delivered the queen's letter. Sinzendorf later asked him the reason for the queen's resentment against Count Gallas, and he replied with three reasons. He has been promised an answer to the queen's letter by 20 December in Frankfurt. Dated at Aschaffenburg. ff. 173-176
