Description

Memorial by General Baron Fagel, detailing the circumstances of the capitulation of the garrison of Bouchain, quoting a letter to him from Marlborough on 13 September stating that the garrison should be made prisoners of war. Dated at camp before Bouchain. ff. 271-274
