Marlborough to the states general of the united provinces of the Netherlands: regarding the queen's contribution to the corps of neutrality, Major General Seckendorff was sent in April to various German courts with authority to raise the four battalions lacking. He has already found a regiment of the prince of Ottingen, which ought to reach the rendezvous on time. He is going on to Meiningen and Würzburg to seek the others. All efforts are being made on the part of the queen. Dated at camp at Lens. f. 179 v.
