Count Fleming to Marlborough: the march of the troops for the corps of neutrality has been subject to many delays. No one can blame the king [Augustus II] for recalling his troops from the low countries if the allies do not give him other assistance. Kanitz's instructions were sent to him by mistake. If the allies do not meet their commitments, the treaty for the supply of troops will not be binding. The recruits are on the march for the low countries. Dated at Taroslaw. ff. 175, 176
