Count Grumbkow's memorial to Count Sinzendorf: the emperor [Joseph I] should pay the arrears due to Prussia. The king of Prussia has sometimes been excluded from peace negotiations. His difficulties with the imperial court over Cologne, the principality of Meurs, etc. He asks that the emperor [Joseph I] use his good offices with the queen and the states general so that his demands may be met. ff. 38, 39
