Count Grumbkow and other ministers of the king of Prussia to the states general of the united provinces of the Netherlands, protesting at irregular payments of subsidies, lack of consultation, poor treatment in the barrier treaty and the affair of the succession of the house of Orange. The king's demands are payment of arrears of subsidies, some territorial claims (stated), and that the states use their influence with the queen and the emperor [Joseph I] to accede to some equitable demands which he will communicate. Dated at The Hague. ff. 32-35
