Marlborough to St John: Lord Townshend has delivered his letter of revocation to the states. After giving the troops their orders and routes for the general rendezvous, he received a letter from the king of Prussia [SP 87/6/14] refusing to let his troops move until he has had satisfaction from the queen and the states. He encloses a copy of his reply [SP 87/6/15]. There are also difficulties with funds for the imperial and Palatine troops. Dated at The Hague. ff. 21, 22
