Marlborough to Lord Dartmouth: a messenger from Dunkirk has assured him there are no ships fitting out there. Letters from France suggest that the ships which sailed recently were bound for Cadiz and the West Indies. Some ships are fitting out at Brest. Ill weather is impeding the progress of the siege. Dated at camp before Aire. ff. 288, 289
