The elector of Trier's troops are marching for Maastricht, and two more battalions from England will complete the number. He doubts the French are arming at Dunkirk. The question of an article for restoring the entire monarchy of Spain in the Barrier Treaty. The heavy artillery is being landed from the Scheldt. Dated at camp before Tournai. ff. 25, 26
