Signed by representatives of Great Britain and the Netherlands, including Marlborough. Dated at Brussels. Addendum dated 23 October 1706 to the effect that they have taken an oath of office. Ms. [in Meulemeester's hand] secret instruction regarding the remuneration of the councillors ff. 771, 772
