He needs an answer to give Mr. Martin for M. Chamillard on the Irish prisoners in Newgate. Shortage of corn in the camp and issue of hand mills to the troops. Marlborough has received none of the lord treasurer's letters via Ostend. Dated at camp at Rouselare. ff. 153-156
