Marlborough to Boyle: the czar's resident in the Netherlands has brought him a letter from M. Matueof, the ambassador in London [SP 87/3/42], and his answer, which Boyle may send to him if the queen approves. The elector of Hanover is in Frankfurt. The elector of Bavaria is marching on the Moselle with the greater part of his force. There is no news of the Palatine forces moving, as there are new difficulties in Vienna over the investiture of the elector with the upper Palatinate. Dated at camp at Terbanck. ff. 83, 84
